How long before it starts moving?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours. Tracking can stay silent for two to three days after shipping, while the parcel is scanned into the network. That's normal, and it doesn't mean it's stuck.

Then allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery within Europe. These times are indicative.

Tracking has stopped moving

Write to us at support@nakree.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.
