Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To exercise it, write to us at support@nakree.com stating your order number. We will send you the return procedure in reply.

Complete product
A return is only accepted if complete. For the Nakree serum, this means: the bottle(s) unsealed-free (seal intact), in their original packaging.

Unsealed product (Article L.221-28)
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods which, once unsealed after delivery, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. As a cosmetic applied directly to the skin, any unsealed or opened bottle cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping: a parcel lost during return remains your responsibility until we receive it.

Product depreciation
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, you are liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning. A deduction may be applied to the refund up to the amount of the loss in value, and up to the full price where the product is rendered unsellable: opened, damaged or incomplete bottle, or missing original packaging.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used for the order, less any applicable depreciation.

Defective or non-conforming product
If the product received is defective or non-conforming, write to us within 48 hours at support@nakree.com with a photo or a short video. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code). In that case, no costs are charged to you.
