Preparation
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more. Below that amount, a €4.99 contribution is charged at checkout.

Delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 7 to 12 business days.
- European Union: 7 to 14 business days.
- Switzerland and outside the European Union: 10 to 20 business days. Customs duties and local taxes may apply on delivery and remain the recipient's responsibility.

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Indicative times
The times stated are indicative and not contractual. They may vary during busy periods or due to the carrier. A late delivery cannot give rise to cancellation of the order or to compensation.

Delivery address
Check that your address is correct when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for a wrong or incomplete address leading to a delay, a return or a loss.

Parcel marked delivered but not received
When the carrier confirms delivery, write to us at support@nakree.com with your tracking number: we will open a claim with the carrier.
