Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms govern sales concluded on the nakree.com website between Kreavo LLC and any consumer.

Article 2 — Products
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Prices may be changed at any time; the price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order
The order is final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to you.

Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours, for delivery within 7 to 12 business days in metropolitan France. Shipping is free for orders of €50 or more; below that, a €4.99 contribution applies. These times are indicative and not contractual.

Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online by bank card or by the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
The consumer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions detailed in the return and refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Article 8 — Depreciation
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, a deduction may be applied to the refund up to the amount of the loss in value of the goods, and up to the full price where the product is rendered unsellable.

Article 9 — Statutory guarantees
The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Damage resulting from abnormal use or improper storage of the product is excluded.

Article 10 — Product use
The Nakree serum is a cosmetic product for external use, compliant with EC Regulation 1223/2009. It is neither a medicine nor a medical device and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken skin; avoid the immediate eye contour; discontinue use in case of irritation. Period after opening: 12 months. Keep out of reach of children.

Article 11 — Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
